7 day or less before the event - No refunds will be made
7 to 14 days before the event 25% of the course fee will be refunded
14 to 28 days before the event 50% of the course fee will be refunded
28 to 56 days before the event 75% of the course fee will be refunded
56 or more days before the event Full course fee will be refunded
Small Classes
All our classes are limited to a maximum of 25 students per class.
In this way tutors have more time to individualize their feedback,
ensuring each student understands the material and has sufficient
time to ask questions. With students getting the required support,
their learning experience is thoroughly enhanced.
Group Discount
If you wish to book in a group of 5 students or more, we offer a 10% discount. Please contact us on info@preregroom.com or 07711277541 before booking in order to obtain your group booking discount code. We will not be able to offer any discount on places that are booked prior to requesting a discount code.
Whatsapp and other peer to Peer sharing groups
PreRegRoom Whatsapp or any other group created by PreRegRoom provides comments from members, links to third party resources and websites. PreRegRoom has no control over comments, resource or third party sites. You acknowledge and agree that the PreRegRoom is not responsible for the comments shared or the availability of such external sites or resources and does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for any content, advertisement, products or materials on or available from such individuals, sites or resources. You further acknowledge and agree that the PreRegRoom is not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your use of or reliance on any such comment, content, goods or service available on any group or through any shared resources or website.

PreRegRoom Ltd reserves the right to remove any member without any explanation. You must use your real name on the group at all times and must submit your Full name and GPhC pre-registration or GPhC registration number in order to join the groups.
